Co-founder · Cortad
Mohammad Alsufi is the co-founder of Cortad, an AI research and product company. Understand your AI agent’s behavior—and make it measurably better.
He built and exited NoNerds at nineteen, on record as the youngest exited founder in the MENA region, and the AI he built there now runs in front of 2.1 million students. He co-founded Cortad with Connor Boone, and co-founded Planless before it.
Mohammad Alsufi is a Jordanian founder and the co-founder of Cortad. He started coding at fourteen, sold websites to local businesses, then registered a services company in Dubai at sixteen and ran web design and development across Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
He exited NoNerds at nineteen, an AI learning platform he built in Amman. The AI he built was inside the daily learning of 2.1 million students across Jordan and Iraq, and the sale put him on record as the youngest exited founder in the MENA region.
He believes the most direct way to change the world is through people who build companies: founders who take a real problem seriously and spend years on it create more durable change than most other mechanisms.

Teams ship an agent and then guess. Cortad shows you how yours actually behaves, and whether the change you just made was an improvement.
It is a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program and publishes what it learns: five papers so far on long-context attention, memory systems, and what it costs to serve models at this size, each with the code and the hardware bill to reproduce it.
Alsufi works on both halves, the product and the research.
Planless is an AI co-founder inside a complete founder workspace, co-founded by Mohammad Alsufi with Connor Boone. One intelligence holds the company's email, calendar, documents, numbers and people. She has a phone number, joins meetings, and remembers everything.
It is live at planless.app. Shipping an AI that talks to real people every day is where the problem Cortad works on came from.
Five technical reports by Mohammad Alsufi and Connor Boone at Cortad Research Lab, on long-context attention, memory, and what it costs to serve models at this size. Each carries a DOI, and every number traces to a public artifact anyone can rerun.
faster attention at a million tokens, from the law that a model reads a small, fixed number of memories per word
of ordinary RAM runs a million-token cache, instead of $180k of GPUs
tokens per second, single stream, a trillion-parameter model on four B200s, lossless
of what a model reads to write one word comes from a shared piece, 7% of the file, that everyone still ships at full size

It began in 2022 as a student platform in Jordan. He rebuilt it as an AI-native learning platform and sold it to JoAcademy in 2026. It went live across Jordan and Iraq within a month.
Five technical reports with Connor Boone, each with a DOI and artifacts anyone can rerun: The Trunk Tax, A Measured Decomposition of the Serving Step, Attention Has A Type, Attention Pays Its Bill, and Attention Finds Its Keys.
